Clear Telecoms has a team of dedicated Field and Office Based Account Managers who are responsible for pro-actively looking after customer accounts.
Every month all customers will receive a courtesy call. The objective of the call is to ensure that everything on the account is running as it should be and to advise customers of any new products or services that may be beneficial.
Each quarter, customer tariffs are audited by their dedicated Account Manager and any relevant actions communicated.
In the final quarter of a contract the entire activity on each account is reviewed. Customers are presented with a renewal quote that includes an upgrade to the existing network and a comparative quotation from other network providers.
